Most issues can be handled by our management company. If you are a homeowner and need assistance, give Barbara a call or send her an email. She can help you with almost any issue you may have. If you are a real estate agent needing an estoppel or any other information, Barbara can usually help you out too. Of course, Barbara can't do everything, so if she is not able to assist you, then call the HOA President.

If for any reason you cannot resolve an issue after calling AIA Property Management, then please call Guy. Like Barbara, Guy is committed to providing world class customer service. Also, like Barbara, Guy can't do everything, but if it's within his power to do it, he most likely will. Still, keep in mind that some issues do need to be voted on by the Board of Directors or the homeowners. HOAs run on rules and even Guy must follow them. If Guy cannot resolve your issue, he would be happy to bring it up at the next Board meeting.
