May 2, 2026 HOA Board Meeting

Next Annual Meeting
Please mark your calendar now. The next Annual meeting will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. We are trying to obtain the Northside Baptist Church, 3131 Duff Road, Lakeland, but we may not be able to acquire that venue. Don't worry. We will either lock in that location or another one prior to the meeting. Please check back before the meeting to confirm the location. We would love to see you there. An agenda will be available at least 14 days prior to the meeting. If there is something that you would like to add to the agenda, please contact Guy Amato at 863-617-9109 or at tangerinetrailshoa@gmail.com.
Have you ever considered serving on the Board of Directors? An election will be held at the Annual meeting. Please let Guy know by September 15, 2026, if you are interested in serving, so that he can get you on the ballot.
Annual Dues
A lot of annual dues invoices went out via email in 2025, and a lot of people reported that they did not receive an invoice. If you are one of these people, you will be receiving a late notice within the next couple of days. Please do not get upset about receiving a late notice. We understand that you didn't receive an invoice, and that is the reason your payment is late. We only chose to send out late notices because it was the easiest way to resolve the issue. There will be no late fees assessed if the invoice is paid in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Starting this year, all invoices will be sent US Postal Service. We are so sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
