Who We Are:  Please note that we are Tangerine Trails Units 2 & 3.  There is also a Tangerine Trails Unit 1 that does not have an HOA, and a Tangerine Trails North.  We have no affiliation with either of these locations.  Our HOA consists of the following streets.  If the home you are inquiring about is not on one of these streets, then it is not in our HOA.

Griggs Drive, Jennifer Drive, Everleth Drive, Everleth Court, Clouser Court, and Brian Loop.
